The PSU140 power supply units are particularly robust devices, according to their manufacturer, Feas. They are characterised by good voltage stability with a low level of ripple, without extensive regulation.
A thermally-protected and low-stray-field toroidal transformer and generously-sized electrolytic capacitors, allows these devices to be also used as EMC filters. As a 12 or 24 V d.c. voltage supply, they are particularly well-suited (among other things) for PLC controls with constant power requirements or for applications where current overload is required.
The shortcircuit-proof output voltage is galvanically-isolated from the mains network by the transformer, complying with VDE0551 standards. The PSU140 series is offered in a choice of 115 V, 230 V or 400 V a.c. input voltage.
ISO 9001 quality assurance, as well as the use of high-quality components, guarantees these units' reliability.
