Memsic's MXC6202 is a dual accelerometer claimed to be the world's smallest accelerometer with an integrated I²C interface. The CMOS device 5 x 5 x 1,55 mm, operates in the I²C slave mode, supports FAST (400 kHz) data transfers, includes an on-chip temperature sensor, and can be set to eight different customer defined addresses. All device functions are controlled through the I²C bus including power up/down and self test. It can be configured as 1,8 V digital I/O compliant or operated from a single supply of 2,7 to 3,6 V.
