Long life vertical surface-mount aluminium capacitors

Vishay offers polarised aluminium SMD electrolytic capacitors with base plate and vertical construction requiring only a minimum of board space. These non-solid electrolyte, self healing capacitors have high CV per unit volume and are reflow solderable.

The capacitors are lead (Pb)-free and RoHS compliant and find applications where high mounting density is required. They can be used for coupling, decoupling, smoothing, filtering, buffering, and timing, etc, in industries such as telecommunications, general industrial, EDP, automotive, portable and lightweight equipment.

Nominal case sizes (L x W x H ) are: 4,0 x 4,0 x 5,3 mm to 10 x 10 x 10 mm; rated capacitance range is 0,47 to 470 μF, ±20% tolerance; rated voltage is 6,3 to 50 V; and temperature range -55 to +105°C.
