Reaffirming her dedication to Africa's energy sector, South African minister of minerals and energy, Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, will be one of the featured keynote speakers at the African Utility Week taking place in Cape Town, 16-19 May 2005. The minister is a supporter and driver of the restructuring programme for South Africa and she will present on the rollout plans for South Africa for the year ahead.
