LEM's LK60 clamp-on current meter can measure leakage current to assess the state of electrical insulation without removing power from operational equipment; on both single and three phase supplies. The very low current range of the LK60, down to 10 μA, makes it particularly suitable for this application.
The advanced design of the clamp ensures that the measurement of current is not affected by current flowing on adjacent conductors. This design ensures high durability and ensures that the jaws always close properly. This results in high measurement repeatability, even at low current levels.
The maximum 60 A measurement range of the LK60 makes it suitable for a wide range of measurement applications. The automatic filter enables it to be used on 50 or 60 Hz power systems. The 'Hold' button allows the measured value to be frozen on the display - particularly useful where the conductor being measured is inaccessible.
