Fischer Elektronik offers an extended range of double-row precision male and female headers with a low profile of 1,3 mm, and grid spacing of 2,54 mm. The insulator consists of a plastic material resistant to high temperatures, suitable for reflow soldering technique and for non-lead soldering.
Three types of male and two types of precision female headers are available. The high-quality male contacts and the bushings of the female contacts are turned and the contact element of the female headers is a stamped 4-finger spring. The contacts are plated with lead-free tin or with gold, with the female contact element always being gold-plated. The insertable cross section of the male contact has a nominal diameter of 0,5 mm or an equivalent square.
Double-row versions are available with a number of poles between four and 100.
