100 A half-bricks

5 May 2004 Power Electronics / Power Management Events

SynQor has launched a new line of high current, high efficiency half-brick DC/DC converters. The PowerQor Peta series can deliver up to 100 A of output current in a single board, open frame package. The product line includes output voltages of 1,2 V (100 A), 1,5 V (100 A) and 1,8 V (80 A). All units have a 48 V nominal input (35 V to 75 V) and employ the industry standard half-brick footprint. The optional active current sharing feature allows for higher power levels and N+1 redundancy.

The 100 A Peta series extends SynQor's award-winning line of Kilo, Mega, Giga and Tera half-brick, quarter-brick and eighth-brick modules to offer an extensive choice of high-efficiency converters from 15-100 A. The high current Peta half-brick modules are ideal for telecom and datacom applications using distributed power, including high-end optical networking equipment such as backbone switches and Petabit routers.
