100 MHz dual video op-amp

Analogue, Mixed Signal, LSI
A dual video operational amplifier device featuring 100 MHz gain bandwidth product and 400 V/µs slew rate is claimed to offer a low cost solution while maintaining excellent overall performance and versatility. This Linear Technology device is designed to operate on supplies from 2,7 to 12,6 V, has true single supply capability with the input voltage range extending to the negative rail. The rail-to-rail outputs swing within 60 mV of either supply rail, making it suitable for 3 V operation requiring the maximum output dynamic range. Superior video specifications include 0,05% differential gain, 0,08° differential phase and 20 ns settling time. The 400 V/µs slew rate and wide bandwidth with low price point makes it ideal for a variety of general purpose high speed applications from video electronics to low voltage high speed signal processing in industrial and communication systems, claims Linear. It has over 90 dB of channel isolation at 10 MHz. This allows freedom from interaction between the two channels and minimises crosstalk for clean output signals, according to the manufacturer. The LT6206's superior AC specifications are complemented by high DC accuracy. It has a high output drive of 50 mA making it ideal as a line driver or coax cable driver. The LT6206 comes in 8-pin MSOP.
