Alongside its training services, Advanced Rework Technology (ART) will be launching ‘StencilQuick,’ a revolutionary material for the rework of BGAs. Consisting of a stay-in-place Polyimide stencil for the easy alignment and replacement of BGAs, it eliminates the need for expensive optics for alignment, reduces the possibility of short circuits and stops solder flowing down via holes. The company will also be demonstrating the latest methods for placing land grid array (LGA) devices.

ART will be on stand F7 in the UK Pavilion.
