The Alpha 100, made by LPMS in the USA, is a portable hotmelt dispensing unit with quality monitoring controls. Typical applications for the system range from automotive, to printed circuit board assembly coil, fibre-optics, LED lighting, wire and cable harnesses, right through to delicate electronics.
Designed specifically for hotmelt adhesives, the Alpha 100 features a portable, rugged design, integrated pressurised tank with a 0,3 litre volume, and precise temperature, injection pressure and timing controls. It is made from lightweight aluminium, measures 540 x 400 x 510 mm in size, accommodates a maximum mould size of 120 x 100 x 82 mm, and boasts an easy-load design and compact storage.
