Bourns has introduced an additional LAN transformer - model SM13100EL – a single-port and LAN 10/100 Base-T / isolation transformer module that includes common mode chokes for noise rejection in Ethernet applications. The SM13100EL is IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60950-1 compliant and UL recognised, and is suitable for industrial Ethernet, Ethernet home appliances, medical equipment and other market segments where higher insulation is required.
This LAN transformer offers a 4000 Vrms isolation voltage and a 250 Vrms working voltage with an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
