Raystar released a series of bar type 5,2” TFT LCD displays for industrial equipment and automotive applications, server systems, point-of-sale, dynamic information displays, audio systems and advertising displays. The 480 x 128 pixel colour displays boast a wide viewing angle of 75 degrees in every direction, thanks to their O-Film technology.
The RFS520A-AZW-DNN has module dimensions of 140,4 x 49,87 mm and an active area of 127,152 x 33,9072 mm. It integrates an ST7252 or equivalent driver IC and it supports RGB 24-bit parallel interface SYNC mode. This TFT LCD RFS520A module can operate at temperatures from -20° to +70°C.
