GD32 is a 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) family introduced by GigaDevice and powered by the ARM Cortex-M3 RISC core operating at up to 120 MHz. It provides up to 3072 KB on-chip Flash memory and up to 256 KB SRAM memory, as well as two APB peripheral busses with a wide range of I/O pins. Other features include up to three 12-bit, 1 MSPS ADCs; up to 10 general-purpose 16-bit timers plus one PWM advanced timer; as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to three SPI, two I²C, five USART, a USB 2.0 OTG FS and two CAN. The device operates from a 2,6 to 3,6 V power supply and is available in the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
