Chinese SMT screen printer manufacturer GKG’s GL Series, the most popular in its range, is designed for printed circuit boards (PCB) with a maximum size of 510 x 510 mm.
It comes standard with advanced features such as stencil position memory (SPM), auto pressure check (APC), auto PCB thickness adjustment, combination of top/side PCB clamping function and bottom-side PCB support pins locating guidance system.
Additionally, the GL features a rigid and stable machine body base structure with a total weight of 1200 kg to perform accurate paste printing for 01005 (0201) components. The printer provides numerous benefits to users including a core cycle time of less than 8,5 seconds, and intuitive operation for quick and easy model changeover.
