Converters with single or dual outputs

20 May 2015 Power Electronics / Power Management

New from XP Power are three SIP packaged, 1 Watt DC-DC converters with both single- and dual-output models.

Aimed at applications requiring high performance, the ITA and ITB series converters feature 1500 V input / output isolation, with the ITV boasting isolation of 3000 V.

Three input voltage ranges – 5 V, 12 V and 24 V – are available in each series, with ±10% input range capability. The ITB series has single outputs of 5 V, 12 V and 15 V; the ITA range comprises ±5 V, ±12 V and ±15 V dual-output devices; and ITV models cater for both single and dual outputs. The converters meet Class B EMI standards with the addition of a small, two-component input filter.

The converters provide an unregulated output in a small, plastic cased SIP-7 package measuring 19,5 x 6,0 x 10,0 mm. They have an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, providing full output power to +95°C. All of the new series carry a three-year warranty.
