The TME series from Traco Power is a range of miniature, isolated DC-DC converters in a SIP package, which require only 0,7 cm² of board space. They provide a cost-effective solution to generate supplementary, isolated voltages, with full SMT design and a 100% production test of parameters ensuring high reliability.
The devices can be supplied in a wide range of input configurations, including 3,3 V, 5 V, 12 V and 24 V d.c., and with outputs between 3,3 V and 15 V d.c. They feature input/output isolation of 1000 V d.c., efficiency up to 80%, an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and an industry standard pin-out configuration. The RoHS-compliant parts come with a standard three-year product warranty.
