Mean Well has extended its lineup of power adaptors for the medical market into new low-power ranges with its GSM18/25/36 series supplying 18 W, 25 W and 36 W respectively. Complying with international medical safety regulations (2*MOPP level) these models exhibit leakage current below 50 μA, no-load power consumption less than 0,1 W and 88% efficiency, fulfilling the high quality demands of ‘patient contact’ applications.
Featuring an 80 – 264 V a.c. input range, the units provide output voltage options covering 5 – 48 V d.c. and come with a choice of input plug types to suit regional requirements. Standard functions include LED indicator and short circuit, overload and over-voltage protection.
