Avnet Kopp

19 February 2014 News

Avnet Kopp has put together a selection of innovative technologies from its extensive stable of world-leading semiconductor and IPE manufacturers.

For those looking to dabble in wireless, or easily add connectivity to their designs, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth solutions from Microchip’s Roving Networks division will be displayed, as well as Microchip’s new 200 MHz PIC32MZ family and HMI, USB and full graphics touch-screen solutions.

Maxim Integrated’s MAX17503 high-efficiency, high-voltage, synchronously rectified step-down converter with dual integrated MOSFETs operates over a 4,5 V to 60 V input. It delivers up to 2,5 A and 0,9 V to 90% VIN output voltage. Built-in compensation across the output voltage range eliminates the need for external components.

Avnet Kopp will also highlight its comprehensive range of interconnect products, covering every application from heavy-duty industrial connectors to miniature PCB mounted parts, including automotive, backplane, board-to-board, cable, cable assemblies, circular, fibre-optic, I/O, lighting, memory card, power, rectangular, RF/coax, sockets, terminal blocks, wire-to-board and wire-to-wire.

Multi Junction Technology LEDs allow operation at high-voltage levels using only one LED chip rather than multiple chips of which internal cells are connected by multi-junction technology. These LEDs can be operated at voltages like 64 V, 32 V and 23 V.

Acrich2 is an AC LED module technology using a highly efficient design ideal for aesthetic and cost-efficient lighting systems.

A whole new range of colour TFT LCD display products will be on display. Various sizes, interface options, touch panels and backlight intensities will be available. Customised options are also available and can be discussed with the company’s representatives.
