Mean Well has expanded its lower-wattage range of single-output AC/DC power supplies with the new RSP-75 series of 75 Watt, low-profile enclosed models with integrated power factor correction. Compared to the legacy SP-75 series, the new models reduce size by 19,2% and increase efficiency by 3% - 6%, as well as extending the working temperature range to -25°C – 70°C.
The units feature a 1 U (30 mm) profile, free air convection cooling and high efficiency, together with an 85 – 264 V universal AC input range and 3,3 V to 48 V output voltage options. They boast up to 89% efficiency and built-in functions including remote ON/OFF control, short circuit, overload and over-voltage protections.
The power supplies comply with global safety regulations per UL, CUL, TUV, CCC, CB and CE and have also passed the TUV EN61558-2-16 certificates, allowing them to fulfil the requirements of household electrical appliances. Applications include industrial automation systems, mechanical and electrical equipment, household appliances and instruments.
