Cosel’s new BRFS series of DC-DC converters consists of the BRFS30 (0,8 – 3,63 V, 30 A maximum output) and BRFS50 (0,7 – 2,0 V, 50 A maximum output). Both devices feature an input voltage range of 4,5 to 14,0 V and typical efficiency of 88%.
The non isolated converters exhibit line and load regulation figures of 5 mV, peak-to-peak ripple of 25 mV and startup time of 8 milliseconds. They offer over-current and thermal protection as well as optional remote sensing and remote on/off. Their operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
The devices carry CE, UL60950-1, C-UL and EN60950-1 approvals and come with a 5-year warranty.
