Murata’s LQP02TQ series comprises 31 inductors in ultra-compact 01005 (EIA) packages with values ranging from 0,4 to 10 nH. With a Q of over 30 at 2,4 GHz, value deviation from nominal is within ±0,1 nH for devices with up to 3,9 nH values and ±3% of stated nominal above. Murata’s micro-fabrication techniques aid the construction of an optimal coil pattern and electrode structure to achieve these high Q characteristics.
The inductors are ideal for use in high-frequency modules, smartphones and any other type of high-frequency circuit.
