Central Semiconductor has introduced two new high-performance 10 A silicon Schottky rectifiers ideal for applications requiring a low-profile bypass diode, such as solar panels. The CTLSH10-45M364, rated at 45 V, and the CTLSH10-60M856, rated at 60 V, are both offered in the TLM364 package measuring 6,65 x 4,35 x 1,2 mm.
The devices feature low forward voltage, low reverse leakage current and high surge capability. They are suitable for applications such as DC-DC output rectification, reverse polarity protection, as a bypass diode or an OR-ing diode.
