CONEC has developed a series of IP67-rated combination D-subminiature connectors that deliver high reliability in rugged environments. Available in the latest one-piece ‘solid body’ frame design, they are supplied pre-populated with signal, high-power or coaxial contacts.
Available in standard combination pin configurations, the connectors are designed to provide a single-connector solution for harsh environment applications requiring a combination of power, signal and coaxial connections. CONEC uses only high quality, gold-plated machined contacts to make the best interface possible.
The IP67-rated parts feature a die-cast metal frame and O-ring to seal the connector to the panel. The connectors are designed to interface directly with MIL-C-24308 connector standards. All plastic materials comply with UL94V-0 standards.
Available with 4-40 UNC or M3 threaded inserts, D-sub connectors feature power rating ranges from 10 A to 20 A over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. They are both RoHS and REACH compliant.
For cost considerations, gold plating options are available along with a variety of accessories such as waterproof hoods and sealing caps. The connectors are available in a variety of configurations from shell size 1 through 5.
