Automotive quartz crystals and inductors

29 September 2021 Passive Components

Abracon automotive inductors and quartz crystals are AEC-Q200 qualified and available in a variety of package sizes, with wide-ranging operating temperatures from -55°C to +155°C. Designed for high-reliability applications including GPS navigation, display and audio systems, the inductors feature a diverse selection of materials and are designed to reduce harmful EMI.

The following are some of the parts covered by this product range:

ABMxAIG Series ceramic base SMD crystals are AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive use, IATF 16949 production line certified and built to perform at operating temperatures of -40°C to +125°C.

ABS07AIG Series 32,768 kHz ceramic base SMD crystals are AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive use, RoHS/RoHS II compliant and come in a hermetically seam-sealed ceramic package.

The ASPIAIG-F Series of moulded SMD power inductors come in a variety of package sizes that support current handling up to 36 A and DCR of only 1,75 mΩ.

ASPIAIG-Q moulded SMD power inductors feature shielded construction, soft saturation and high efficiency and are AEC-Q200 Grade 0 qualified (-55°C to +155°C).

The ASPIAIG-S Series of compact shielded SMD inductors offer high-reliability wirewound construction, IATF 16949 qualified production, PPAP Level 3 support and high inductance up to 470 µH.

The AMDLA Series of moulded DCR-optimised inductors, with shielded construction, operate at maximum temperatures of +125°C and are designed for switching frequencies between 100 kHz and 5 MHz.
