The 10-piece VDE insulated screwdriver set from RS Components is suitable for working on live circuits of 1 kV a.c. and 1,5 kV d.c. as it guards against electrical shock with its TPR grip and polypropylene injected shafts and handles. The screwdrivers’ silicone chrome molybdenum vanadium steel blades have a black finish and are heat treated to HRC: 55–59.
A soft grip handle provides a combination of excellent grip and reduced user fatigue. The set is able to tackle many electrical, maintenance and construction jobs and is supplied complete with a zip case. The tools come with a one year warranty.
